BX Monster Converter Now does the entire encounter

Converting NPCs one at a time was no fun! So now the gnome has moved to the encounter record. Feed him the encounter link and he converts the encounters and all NPCs on it into OSE versions

Again the converter is at the mercy of the how good the data is on the FG store modules. So missing HD data can throw it off.

Small update to this to help with conversions if the store module data is incomplete.
