If you create PC-s or NPC-s by rolling "3d6 in order" then this might help you
Hi,
Sorry if this has been done before or is super obvious. I hope a few folk will find it useful.
While experimenting and fooling around with Tables, I came up with two ways to quickly generate character attributes for old-school/classic games, using the original "roll 3d6 six times in order" rule.
1. The first method generates the values in a split second. It is perhaps more useful for DM's.

And here is the result in the chat. This guy better not try to parley with monsters or hire henchmen...

2. The second method is much fancier and shows the 3d dies rolling in the chatbox. The chat result is more verbose and takes up more space.

No brawn and no brains. Will need a lot of luck?

If you want a random class to be assigned, you can create additional rows in the tables and say "1" is Fighter, "2" is Cleric, "3" is Magic User.
Note: you can click-drag-drop the [3d6] text. I created the second and third rows in 5 seconds.
