Big Problem Sharing Maps

I've been having a recent issue with sharing maps on FGU v4.1.13

Been running a homebrew campaign for a while, happily importing maps from incarnate (modifying for LoS no drama) then have discovered that all newly imported maps are not visible to players - they get a black screen with their tokens on only.

Tried lots of things; removing tokens, re-sharing, removing extensions but no joy at all.

More worrying was that to check we swapped to another campaign, Dungeon of the Mad Mage & those maps are now not visible either - despite being visible when we played 6 months or so ago - & no changes to settings have been made.

Any help or suggestions as always please

Just a guess, but do the Players have a light source?

That looks exactly like they are missing some kind of light source.

As a test you could add a Torch to one of the players and test again.

They all had a light source, added from the effects but still nothing.

Even disabling the lighting didn't do anything to show the map

Have you tried disabling lighting and LOS? Also, check that you have not added a Global Mask, next to last icon on the right.

Yes, both of those... & no Global Mask is on.

The weirdest thing is I mirrored the settings of a map the players 'can' see but they still get nothing.

Have one of the players click on one of their tokens on the map.

Right click Revert Changes on the map?
