    Release Updates for December 28th, 2021

    Please remember not to update right before a game starts.

    In order for some of the updates to be visible, you may need to open the Module Activation window from Library->Activation, right click on the module and select "revert changes". Be warned, any edits you've made will be lost.

    Note: Hotfixes are to fix an immediate problem that prevents using a product. They are not fully tested and may introduce other issues. If you have issues with a hotfix please contact support.

    Note: Fantasy Grounds Classic is no longer receiving regular updates. These updates are for Fantasy Grounds Unity unless specifically noted.

    The following products have been updated:

    D&D Classics: Monstrous Manual (2E) (D&D Classics - AD&D 1E/2E)
    • [Updated] Fire beetle has "light" effect
    • [Updated] Poison resists on various zombies
    • [Updated] "fire/cold/lighting" added to some creatures have those parameters in type
    • [Fixed] Giant, leech hd hp rolls

    D&D Classics: Dungeon Masters Guide (2E) (D&D Classics - AD&D 1E/2E)

    • [Fixed] MAX damage rolls were incorrectly using rolled value and not MAX of die

    • [Added] new "@cost coin" tag option to Table rolls. i.e. '[2d6x]Gem@[3d10+10*10] gp'

    • [Fixed] Weapon entry clears damage dice if Backstab checkbox is selected and weapon does not specify backstab damage (eg, 1d4/1d10 for dagger).
    • [Fixed] Missing table error message not displaying for critical hit and fumble dice rolls.
    • [Fixed] Dice swap rolls from desktop for [-1D] and [-2D] inserting extra minus sign in chat message.

    • [Added] Tables to core rules module for starting gold by class and corruption, manifestation, and misfire for individual spells.
    • [Added] Dragging a table to the corruption or misfire field on a spell record creates a link to the table (intended for linking corruption and misfire tables).
    • [Added] Modifier button created for d16 initiative die (when two-handed weapon equipped). This is redundant with existing methods for indicating a d16 initiative die on char sheet and NPC record (ie, does not "stack").

    Built-in Rulesets
    • [CoreRPG+] Campaign record lists not resetting display page when changing categories. Fixed.
    • [CoreRPG+] Script error when reference manual frame not available. Fixed to ignore instead.
    • [CoreRPG+] Script error or incorrect tokens when opening exported pregenerated characters. Fixed to clear local campaign portrait tokens on export.
    • [5E] Character wizard was not calculating ability scores correctly with ability choice option 1. Fixed.
    • [5E] Character wizard generated script error when handling races with innate spells. Fixed.
    • [5E] Character wizard only giving one expertise choice for rogues, instead of two. Fixed.
    • [5E] Character wizard background skill choice selection window empty for any background with skill choices. Fixed.
    • [PFRPG/3.5E] Some single quote characters in SRD modules not displaying correctly. Fixed.
