    In 5e the only dracolich in the MM is a Blue one.
    If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

    That points to a template which you can apply to any adult or larger dragon. The Blue Dracolich is given as an example in the MM.

    See the reference manual in the FG MM for details.
