Players can't move their tokens

Hi,

During my last game my players couldn't move their tokens on maps. Instead the would move another players or npcs token.

So far I have tried to fix it by

Trying different maps

Deleting everyone from combat tracker and putting them back

Unloading all extra modules.

Weirdly discovered that they can move token when I close the map.

I do not have this problem in my other campaigns

Any advice on what to try next would be greatly appreciated!

You don't mention extensions. Do you have any of those enabled? Does it happen in a new campaign without extensions?
