Extensions for homebrew

Hi! I would love to learn how to make some extensions for my homebrew methods, and some others from DMsGuild. Like EC, AR, and AC, from dungeon coach, and add disadvantage to some armours like in athletics.
Also making 3 different kind of rest, short, long and full rest. How to add new properties and use them in the weapons. I know is a lot, but I would like to learn to make all this stuff by myself, I also use all the Rob2e extensions, and all from his team! I would like to make mine and to work with theirs.

Some are very long and many are less than 10mins.
Many also use the ruleset wizard - definitely start with the non-RW ones.

I usually recommend pulling apart some other simpler extensions to get an idea of what's involved.
