    Level 1 feature: Insomniac
You have a natural aura about you, something which makes it so others have a hard time sleeping. Starting at first level as an action you can cause a Target you can see within 60 feet of you to make a wisdom saving throw or become unable to sleep the next long rest causing exhaustion.
Starting at level 6 target gains 2 levels of exhaustion, at level 10 target gains 3 levels of exhaustion, and level 14 gains 4 levels of exhaustion.

    Level 6 feature: Restful
Your pact with the sleepless one has boosted your own resting ability. Starting at level 6 your short rest only requires 30 minutes instead of an hour, and your long rest only needs 6 hours instead of 8.
Starting at level 14 your long rest only needs 4 hours.
ALT: level 14 this feature extends to the party.

    Level 10 feature: Nap Time
You may as an bonus action try to force a target to go to sleep (this is not considered magical sleep so it effects elves). The target must succeed a constitution saving throw, on a failed save target falls sleep for 1d4+charisma turns.
You may use this feature a number of times a day equal to your proficiency modifier.

level 14 feature: No rest for the wicked
As a reaction you can absorb exhaustion for other creatures, will creatures automatically, unwilling creatures must succeed a wisdom saving throw. You can absorb up to 4 levels, gaining a bonus to your spell save dc, attacks, and damage equal to the chart below. Exhaustion gained through this feature goes down one Level per long rest.
[Exhaustion level] [Atk Bonus] [Dmg Bonus] [DC Bonus]
    [1] [+2] [+2] [-]
    [2] [+3] [+4] [+1]
    [3] [+4] [+6] [+2]
    [4] [+5] [+10] [+4]
You may use this feature once a day if you have no exhaustion. (Note this feature does not give other creatures a long rest. It just transfers the exhaustion.)

In addition starting at 10th level the effects of level 1 exhaustion no longer effects you, instead starting at level 2. 2. #2
Update on this class. Been workshopping it, and there are a few changes, the class archetype is now as followed. In work shopping it, we decided to lean into the Coffee Lock Concept more. As a result, insomniac was completely changed, and both nap time and no rest for the wicked having been minorly changed. Also as clarification for the Pact of the Sleepless, You ignore the effects of the first and second levels of exhaustion, 3, 4, 5, and 6 still give their effects. So say if you have level 4 exhaustion, you would have disadvantage on attacks and saves, and half max hit points, but not the disadvantage on ability checks, and half move speed.

    Expanded Spell List
Level 1 spells gained through expanded spell list, sleep, sanctuary, detect thoughts, lesser restoration, feign death, glyph of warding, mordenkainen's private sanctum, mordenkainen's faithful hound, dream, and hallow.

    Level 1 feature: Insomniac
Your insomnia dives your magic. Starting at first level you have a d20 you can roll to regain pact magic spell slots, when you choose to roll this you must roll a 12 or higher to regain a pact magic spell slot. Each time you successfully regain a spell slot the dc increases by 1 this increase stays until you take a long rest. If you fail to roll the dc twice in a row the dc automatically increases by 1. You gain a bonus to the d20 roll based on your current level of exhaustion you currently have.

In addition if you put the target to sleep you may use your reaction to roll your insomnia d20 (at its current dc) to gain 1 level of exhaustion. You may do this a number of times a day equal to 1/3 of your proficiency modifier rounded up.
