Monster Hunter- D&D 5e Looking for players

Hi, I am doing a beta run that testing out homebrews for experimental game geared to be more of monster-hunter game. So I am encouraging everyone to play characters that they would have the most fun with over being optimal.
Currently:

Time: Saturday 11:00 am- 2pm CST weekly.


GM: Ultimate game with all core books including volvos, tasha, and xanthar.
Experiences: Running 5e and 3.5 D&D for several years. Played 2, 3.5 and 5e D&D games. play and dm on Roll20 for a few years. Played FG for a few years, and only recently DM on FG.

Looking for: 2-3 players.
Classes: Any (Published Official only)
Races: Any (Published Official only)
Characters: At 5th level and use standard array.
