    2 of my players are having problems to open the FGU

    They're having the following issues:

    Can you get the logs in the Troubleshooting tab of the updater after the error occurs?

    You can see in the first screenshot that something is blocking the updater from saving the FantasyGrounds.exe file.

    So, either there is still an instance of the main FG client running (check Task Manager and/or reboot); or security software is blocking/quarantining that file (check your security software allowances).

    They couldn't find the logs, but after a few reinstalls and a few reboots they could open it.

    Glad to hear they got it working. It still sounds like some security software was involved in blocking the application, so consider looking into that if it happens in future updates.
