How do I get a license with Smiteworks?
According to your FAQ I need a license with Smiteworks to publish and sell FG modules.
But nowhere does it say who to contact or how to go about acquiring this license.

Note, that you do not need a separate license if you are going to only distribute through the Forge or the DMsGuild. But be aware that both have legal requirements you will have to follow. But, support will get you sorted regardless.
