Lighting Seen Range
Is there a way to make a lighting effect (Low Light Candle or something) that can't be see from over X range? Lets say, it gives DIM light out to 10ft, and creatures/PCs can see it up to 100ft.
So if someone was in a straight unblocked line of sight to the candle light, at 105ft away, they wouldn't be able to see the light effect.

You can limit standard vision of tokens using a “VISION: #” effect; but you can’t denote a light that can’t be seen at different distances.
