Sending Audio To your Players - A Resource
Hello, everyone. Some of you know me as I've been using Fantasy Grounds for several years. I love to work with audio to send sounds to my players and have used many different methods. Some are completely free, some paid, etc.. I just wanted to give you all a resource if you need help on how to send sounds to your players. I have created a Guilded channel (for those who don't know, its similar to discord but I like the addiitonal functionality)., I'm using the channel mainly as a way to help people with audio. I have separate subchannels with vidoes on how to stream, various types of audio tools you can use, etc.. Some are videos I've created and some are from others. I"m going to continue to add to it over time.
If you need audio assistance feel free to join the server, poke around and ask quesitons. I'm still populating it so any suggestions on topics or what you'd like to see I'm all ears. To be clear, I'm not trying to monetize this, I just have a passion for FG and audio and want to help folks. Feel free to send the invite to anyone who would benefit. Thanks and game on!

Posted some new videos on youtube for an alternative to voicemeeter. I still love voicemeeter but at times have had issues with it. I found ASIO Link Pro which requires a bit of setup but it is free and so far is working great for me. Here is a link to the first video I recorded on it:

I found a very easy solution with Discord audio pipe and a single VB virtual audio cable. I like this because I can have a bot setup as music that my players can control independently and still pipe whatever audio I want through it. Using the Windows advanced sound settings, you can specify which applications go to which outputs and don't need to muck with the "default" toggles back and forth. Have you produced any vids around this for folks that don't need to remix?
