Classic vs Unity customizing question

In classic for Pathfinder, if I don't have a feat, spell, etc. I can just create a custom one with the name and input the description. Can you do the same in Unity?

yes, such things still work the same; in sense of UI only the image stuff changes in unity; everything else is essentially the same
