Feature Request: Defenses Expand Configuration.

These are the target values that attacks are made against.

The Defenses on the main tab need further configuration possible through a popup window. Each Defense stat to have the options for:

Cycle through Attribute + Skill (manual) + equipment quality (manual, must be less than skill) + misc modifier.

Apply dice pool cap. Configure a menu option to select between static number defense (average dice roll) or roll defense pool for each defensive attack as it occurs.

Finally apply after cap:
+ size modifier (except for Mental Defense).
+ Apply armor & shields (only for Melee + Ranged Defense)
