Publishers looking for conversions for Fantasy Grounds
The publishers below are all contracted and ready to release content for Fantasy Grounds Unity.
Please post inquiries here and email James Holloway ([email protected]) to sign up as a community developer.
What sort of content is available
- Rulesets
- Adventures
- Map Packs
- Tile Packs
- Token Packs
Rulesets should ship with some basic automation specific to the game and full reference material for the base books. Rulesets should continually be developed and enhanced throughout their lifetime to support new features, enhance gameplay, and support future product releases.
All maps should include line of sight, lighting, etc. with metadata exported for each image.
All adventures should include both Story text in solid groupings along with a reference manual.
What do you get?
- 15% to 20% for rulesets depending on level of automation and feature set
- 8% to 15% for adventures, map pack conversions, tile conversions, and token packs depending on publisher
- Commissions pay out for all sales within 12 months of release. * this may be extended for products that frequently update to add new features (i.e. Rulesets mostly).

I would be interested in converting content for Goodman Games, DCC and 5e; and 5e content for Kobold Press and Frog God Games.

Hi Doug
Couple of questions:
1. If converting an adventure for a publisher, I assume we get sent the pdf file?
2. Is there a template to follow for creating said adventures?
I haven't created any to date, currently converting a 5e AL module that a friend wrote for DMSGuild, so he can offer it as part of the product, just been waiting for new lighting to be implemented so I can add that to maps.
Cheers

We don't have a full list of the requirements posted anywhere at this time, but James can get you some basic info when you sign up. If you are familiar with existing modules that we sell, that will be the style that we want to match.
We may provide PDFs to people for conversion after you build up a track record of conversions. In the beginning, you would have to secure the PDF on your own first.

Is there any possibility of supporting publishers not on the list? I am falling in love with the Fria Ligan game systems, and I would love to support them somehow.

Hi,
I'd be interested in converting Starfinder Society Scenarios (SFRPG) for Smiteworks (FGU), adding LoS and Lighting as needed.
- SFS Seasons 1 to current (Season 4) and beyond.
