Creating an Effect to mimic the Bladesinging ability

Looking for a way to add multiple effects into one packaged effect for a Wizard/Rogue.
The Bladesinging ability adds Advantage skill check for Acrobatics, adds AC bonus from INT and adds CON bonus from INT attribute when rolling for concentration checks.
I am a complete noob when attempting to write these sorts of commands in the effects code line.
I have looked up command lists for E5 but have only found a pathfinder version. Is there another listing of commands that may help me figure this out?

I could see the effects being applied for the first two effects but the concentration save I am having trouble seeing if the bonus from the INT ability modifier is being applied.

It will show in chat with something like EFFECTS: +3 whenever the player makes a concentration check.
