Here is a gridless version. Note the base square size is 72 pixels. Map is for personal use only, made with Dungeondraft assets.

Thank you for your time, and thakk you for the map!

Now, might I ask for direction to the nearest, most succinct, tutorial that tells me what to do with that .xml file?

Just put it in the same directory as the jpg. FGU will read it (providing they have identical names) when you use the jpg to make an image in FG to create the LOS.

    Updating this thread...

Here are two sites that you can use to randomly generate Dungeon and Cave maps. They both create UVTT files that import perfectly into FGU with the LOS.

This has been a huge timesaver for pick up games and side adventures.

I have no affiliation with either, just passing this on. If you can, try to support their work with a donation.

I've used gozzys too, and do recommend it as well. These days I mostly used the paid Dungeondraft app, though, which can also generate random dungeons and caves.

Edit: wow this is an old thread and things are much better these days with the direct import of the generic VTT format files where you don't need an image anymore.

I'll check out Dungeondraft. I've seen it mentioned, but have not used it yet. Thanks!
