Hobgoblin Captain - Leadership
The Hobgoblin Captain has the following ability:
Leadership (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, the hobgoblin can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that it can see within 30 feet of it makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand the hobgoblin. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if the hobgoblin is incapacitated.
It appears that in FGU it actually adds the effect incapacitated to the target rather than the additional 1d4 to attacks and saves.

FG uses a parser which tries to make sense of a sentence and create effects based on what words it has been programmed to pick up. In this case it recognises the word incapacitated and creates an effect. This is a false positive and that effect isn’t actually appropriate. The parser won’t pick up on the additional d4 part at all. So, the incapacitated effect can be ignored and the added dice will need to be handled manually.

Thanks Zacchaeus. I created called an effect Leadership that will have the desired outcome.
