4 hours has been enough for players to see a good amount of level 1 of the Mouth of Doom for Rappan Athuk. 3 would be a little short unless everyone knew FG. 5 too much for me to DM and I would likely to have to have several levels prepared at that point. As an indication.

Is there a time we should start looking for signing up to run things for this? I saw a few posts about people "being first to sign up" then about there not being anything really updated on the FG CON 16 web site. When should I start looking to see if it is updated? Is there a time frame?
