Hello!
What is this? How does it work?

It is the multiplier to the armor penalty for a skill. I think the only skill that isn't 1 is swimming which is 3 because armor penalties times 3.

Thank you. I think "Lore, Obscure" is not that affected either

Yeah it should only apply to MM skills.
