Mousewheel Deadspot in Extensions Window

In the launcher, there is an area in the Extensions window where the mouse wheel scrolling doesn't function.
I'm probably weird, but I find myself trying to scroll in that area all the time, which gets frustrating after a bit.

What UI scale do you run at? My first guess is that it might be a UI scale consideration we need to look at.

This is at scale 100.

Yes, I can replicate this - and the scale doesn't matter as far as I can see. It's just in that small area for some reason. anything left or right of it and it works fine.
