I have only had one problem so far, and I can't seem to figure it out.
When I click to add lighting to a map, it all goes dark. Awesome. Players can see nothing beyond their light sources. I love it.
    But.
When I add ambient light to a map, and then mask parts of it, like if they're in a dungeon, then it is no longer completely dark. It's just really really greyed out, but the players can still sort of see. I don't like that. How do I fix it to where it's completely dark for them?

That is a bug that we spotted after release. It is fixed in a pending build and we are just testing to make sure that the fix doesn't have any other repercussions before we roll it out.

Oh! Okay. That makes me feel a lot better. I was afraid I just couldn't figure it out or something. This dynamic lighting is.... amazing. I am so stoked.

Question: Is there ever going to be anything done for low-light vision? Torches right now go 20 feet, then 20 feet of more dim light.
For someone with low-light vision in PF2, that would just become 40 feet of bright light.
I know... I know. You just handed us something really awesome, and I'm already asking for more stuff. But it's JUST a question =)

Shout out to SmiteWorks for this awesome feature!

And I appreciate the cross-ruleset functionality. That just makes it a more immersive experience for whomever plays FGU regardless of which ruleset.

    Cheers!
    Rulesets:
GURPS 4th Edition, Savage Worlds Adventure Edition, Savage Pathfinder, Dungeon Crawl Classics, Classic D&D, 5e Essentials

No, I believe Low-light vision won't be implemented. It's too complicated and would probably bog everything down too much.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php
