Players rolling advantage in the tower are having an issue

When players in my game or one with another DM in his game. Players roll advantage in a tower it rolls the advantage and then rolls an extra die and adds it in.

He may run some of the same extensions that I do but I am not sure if any others are seeing this issue?

I haven't seen this, and am unable to reproduce on a clean 5e campaign. I would start looking at your extensions.

I tried both as DM and Player in 5e campaign and had no issues.
Only extension i run is instant dice.

Late to this thread, but if you are using the Local Dice Tower Extension (LDTE), it's been fixed.
