How to move the mask

I'm currently playing ToA and did a custom mask of the map. Somehow, the entire mask has shifted, but I can't for the life of me figure out how. Is there a way to shift the entire mask slightly? It's driving me nuts that it's off after I painstakingly took the time to customize the outline.

Edit: I remember toying with layers while creating some custom painted outlines and figure it happened during that time. But now I have no idea how to fix it.

I don't believe that the mask can be moved; so you'd have to move the layer back to the original position using the Layers mode, or rebuild the mask.
