Game Concept: The metro areas of Tampa and St. Petersburg have always been a welcome respite for northern transplants weary of the cold. In the last 20 years, the population has exploded; with the demand for more housing endangering the already strained resources of clean water and land.
“Build faster and cheaper” is the name of the game, bringing profiteers from around the world. Environmentalists fight a losing battle against corrupt government as the state is covered in more concrete day after day.

In the World of Darkness, this expansion is more rapid and brutal, hidden behind Southern gentility and flat out deception. The Gulf Coast Kindred dwell in the metro areas of Tampa and St. Petersburg, the vibrant urban lights of nightclubs and history of Ybor City draws the prey like moths to the flame. Bold capitalists scratch away at rural sections of Pasco and Hillsborough counties at a cost as each new development enrages the wild, setting the stage for all out war.
