Server down on 19th and 20th of May (unscheduled)

The server for fantasygrounds.com was down during this weekend causing all downloads, updates, store and forums to be unaccessable. Systems are now up and running - apologies for the trouble!

If you have purchased a license for Fantasy Grounds during this time from our distribution partners, we will send you e-mail concerning your license information within the next day.

The problems continued during the 21st and 22nd. The systems are now back online, but the situation may change. We'll inform you on any progress. Sorry for this inconvenience.

We have received a considerable amout of e-mail to the support address because of the break and we will start going through it. E-mails informing that the site is now back on will have to be answered last, I'm afraid.

We have contacted those customers having bought licenses from distributors during these breaks. If you are still missing your e-mail containing the license key, please contact [email protected].
