Gaslands TTRPG rulesets ?
would love to play this on FGU, does anyone know where this can be found or someone who might be willing to create it?

Never heard of this. But that doesn't mean you can't use FG to run games with the system. You can always create your own character sheets and data using either a CoreRPG or MoreCore (a community ruleset) campaign.

im not much of a programmer, but i wouldnt mind giving it a shot.
can you direct me to a good resource on how to create new rules &/or how to modify existing ones?

I would start just making a character sheet through the GUI. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...aracter-Sheets
Then if that's not enough and you do decide to do an extension, I would start with the Custom Decal Tutorial here; https://www.fg-con.com/free-downloads/ It's very simple, and should be quick and teaches you a few things about FG extensions.

That would be cool, would basically be encounter based. I'm far from being competent in scripting rule sets yet though.
