Map not showing for 1 player

Last night we had a map not showing for 1 player. All others could see it fine. The player is on a mac with the latest FGU updates. I kicked him out of the session and had him rejoin, that didn't work. We cleared their cache and it still didn't work. He could see the LOS area and grid, but not the map.

Can you have him verify that the version date that appears on the launcher in the upper right is the same as yours? Should be 2020-10-15.

Do you have a copy of the campaign folder; as well as any images used outside the campaign folder; and the name of the image in question?
