Tome of Beasts 2 FG Reward

Hi,

I was wondering if I should've received my email yet, to claim my FG ToB2 reward? I see some people talking about having already received the email and downloaded the module but I've not heard anything yet.

If this is related to the Kickstarter rewards then I suggest you communicate via the Kickstarter.

Their message is that we should receive an email from Smiteworks, which I haven't received, so I'm chasing it up at both ends. If Smiteworks tells me they haven't received the necessary notification that I am due the reward then I need to chase that with Kobold Press, but if they have received the notification then I'm checking to see why I haven't yet received the email from them. If they say that all emails have been sent then there is an issue with Kobold but if they say they haven't yet finished sending out the emails I can wait and see.

Then a public forum probably isn't your best avenue to get the information you seek. I recommend you email SmiteWorks support directly on [email protected]

Double check your spam filters. I got my email. It came from this email address. [email protected] If you have not received it at all, go ask a question on the KS page.
