[Bug?] Super slow scrolling in effects dropdown in image window
I noticed the scrolling in the effects dropdown in an image window is mega-giga-slow. Also scrolling up seems slower.
During the capture of the GIF the scroll wheel was rotating freely up and down as my Logitech mouse has button that unlocks the rotation to free and I can reach lightspeed. Unfortunately takes ages to scroll in this specific menu.
The past is a rudder to guide us, not an anchor to hold us back.

The same super-slow scroll is in the FGU console.
