Add images from modules to new layer

My apologies if this has been asked, but I couldn't turn up anything in search.

I'm running Curse of Strahd tonight, and I thought it would be cool to do the card reading by placing the Tarokka cards as layers in a new image, so the players could see them laid out as if on the table.

No problem, just open Images & Maps and drag one of the Tarokka card images to the new image's layer list, right? Nope. Am I missing something? Is module content not available when doing this? I also tried searching Assets for the Tarokka card images, since that's where I normally bring things in from. Nothing there either.

Anybody know a way to do this?

    Thanks!

Unfortunately I don't believe that is possible.
Tile modules are different than images in a regular module.

The closest thing I can think of would be sharing a picture of the tabletop and then dragging each card link onto it and sharing the link.
Not as visually appealing but it would allow them to see the positioning of the cards.

You could also pre-deal the cards and make static images.

    EDIT: Apparently I'm wrong. Neat!

That's too bad. Well, a quick trip to D&D Beyond and I had downloaded the separate image files and imported them as assets.

    Thanks for the help!

Yes, it's entirely possible as you can see from the image below.

Start a new image and find a suitable background in one of the Art Packs or whatever. then search images for Curse of Strahd or Tarokka to find the relevant images and then just drag the cards you want and drop it onto the background - do a bit of resizing and positioning and you have your card reading.

Looks like I just missed you, Zacchaeus... Hmmm I'll have to play around a bit more. For some reason it wasn't working for me. When I drag onto the background, I just get a pin...

You need to drag from assets not from the images and map list.

I could swear I searched for the cards there and didn't find them, but there we go! Thanks Zacchaeus.
