Porting FGC Ultimate to Steam to do FGU Ultimate Upgrade

Alright, I've tried searching the forums and I haven't found anything that quite matches my scenario / has worked for me. I have Fantasy Grounds Ultimate. When I "activated a product" on Steam, it activated "Fantasy Grounds," but not the "Ultimate Upgrade."

Now, I'm interested in upgrading my (Classic) Ultimate to Unity Ultimate through Steam, but, since it doesn't register that I have Ultimate, it wants to charge $156 instead of $110. I'm at a loss where to go from here!

You can't do it through Steam. In order to benefit from the upgrade discount, you have to upgrade from the same store where you bought the Ultimate license or Ultimate Upgrade for FGC.
