FX Pausing / Freezing

When I turn on FX, it runs for about 30 sec the freezes for one second, then continues? Any thoughts? I shouldn't be my GPU - it is a 1080.

Some questions:
* Does it happen every time?
* Can you zip up the campaign folder for the campaign exhibiting the issue, and provide specific steps that you use to see the issue with that campaign?

Sorry, I didn't see this, I don't know why it didn't email me with this response.

The video shows it, and I did some testing...
It only does it when I have the FX running
It does NOT do it on the clients
It doesn't matter which campaign I am in, it does it in all of them.
It does not freeze my computer only FG. That includes rolling, token moving etc.
