Modern Equipment

I am running a modern game so I decided to enter all of the modern equipment. Since I was entering them I figured I'd export it to a module and upload it.

Note, I was getting ready to add stuff not in the book when I decided to upload, so there are a couple of extra items that aren't in the book, otherwise should conform to the book.
