Every few years there is a little bit of talk on the forums about it (Site Search will reveal these). But I don't think a dedicated ruleset has ever come of it. I suspect their might be some support for it with MoreCore though (I think it has penetrating dice). I'd look there.

Sterno is doing some Hackmaster stuff for the D&D Classics ruleset (via an extension).

Old thread, but I was googling "Hackmaster Fantasy Grounds" and stumbled upon this, and just wanted to note that the Hackmaster extension I wrote for the 2E ruleset is actually for Hackmaster 4th edition, not Hackmaster 5E like the OP was requesting. They're different enough that my extension is useless to anyone looking to run a HM5 game.
