    Question on Random Encounter tables

I'm setting up my first random encounter table for my campaign. I watched a Youtube video on how to set these up, but here is my question.

I want to set up an encounter result that contains multiple creatures. I can tell it to generate 1d4 goblins or 1d4 bugbears, but is there a way to generate 1d4 goblins AND 1d4 bugbears?

Use a random encounter. It can have as many lines as desired. So you could have 1d4 goblins and 1d4 orcs. etc.

Ok, I have an encounter table set up where one of the results calls a random encounter for goblins. It will roll the result that says goblin encounter but doesn't roll on the encounter table for how many enemies there are...

You have two ways to do that. Either create the random encounter using the random encounter dialog and then link that to the table. You can’t get the table to force that encounter to generate; you have to do that using the generate button.

You can also link the NPC to the table row and then add a dice expression such as [1d4x]. However this will only output to chat since unless your table outputs all results to an encounter you’ll have to set the output to chat. If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php
