Increasing a PCs Spell save by Effect

Hello,

One of my PCs recently picked up a +1 Rod of the Pact Keeper. I was wondering if there is a way I can add the +1 to Spell Save and +1 to spell attack without manually adding this effect to each spell. If this is able to be done via an effect (much like how having a +1 to saving throws is done) that would be ideal. Thank you in advance for any suggestions and help

There isn't an effect that will do this but all you need to do is add the bonus into the Spell Power group https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...ll-Power-Group
