PC has every melee attach CRIT on 10, dont know why

So one of my PCs has all their melee attaches CRIT on a 10, but i cant see why its like that. it wasn't happening last week and I cant see whats causing it and how to reset it to normal. I attached a picture of the character and their main weapon details.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Go into his character sheet and on the tab that says "Weapons" there is a Magnifying Glass. Click it. Check the Crit On: Melee entry and see if it says 10. It should say what he normally crits on usually a 20 though some fighters crit on a 19 or 18 at higher levels.

The problem with changing the crit value here is it applies to *all* weapons not just the vicious one.
