Connection issue to Smiteworks
Hi Guys
sorry back again. Have been spending last few days learning the FG Classic programme as I am planning to DM.
when i tried to get one of my PCs to connect to me to test the game with me i discovered I could not
connect to Smitework. All connection tests have ended with failure so far
* Have set up a 1802 port on my wifi (using TCP and 'Both' settings
* Added FG as exception on firewall exemption list
* Turned off firewall
* Connected through VPN to U.S
* Turned off VPN
* Have also tested my 1802 port connection on CanYouSeeMe.org which showed it failed to connect as well :/
Was wondering if anyone had suggestion they could help with?

I did have a quick search through the forums but most of the posts seems to be for people who lost connection where as I have never been able to connect the game yet

Email support with your country and IP address. There are some IP ranges that are blocked because of security issues and they can identify that for you.
