I was about to report the same issues

I also had this issue last Saturday. It had worked correctly, the previous session, about two weeks ago.

Updated first post with new build. May need verification on multiple user connections, but with a single player was able to view other PC characters on the frame with updated code. Also added hiding GM only effects.

I can add a button to the combat tracker like I did with starfinder combat tracker. Will put it in the next release.

Did this get added? I didn't see this in the notes in post #1.

I'm currently working on SFRPG to fix the lag issues and do some house keeping. It will be added once I am able to finish that.

I'm using the better menus extension, so I don't see the buttons and was hoping the work-a-round ct button would help. I know you said you'd work with Celestian on why it doesn't show.
