Portrait Activity Indicator Incorrect

I'm running FGU on the test channel using Windows 10. I have noticed for the last few weeks that the activity indicators (blank, chat bubble, ZZZ) are incorrect. It will display ZZZ when people are typing. It appears to be random and sporadic. Sometimes it will go blank but most the time it has a ZZZ indicator even when people are typing or even just afterwards. I have not pinned down any combination of actions but this seems to be present all the time during our CoC sessions.
