HP Adjusted in wrong way
Hello guys! Getting some problems here using Constitutional Amendments!
Some characters on my game have their HP adjusted to below of the correct. The HP of the barbarian, using the rounded rule is supposed to have 84, but using the extension is adjusted to 75.
Barbarian lvl 7 / Fighter 1, +3 con:
15 + (10x6) + 9 = 84
The problem is with the Fighter level?

In my experience, 99% of the time there's no need I've come across. While I can see the benefit in leaving them as loot-collection reminders, I simply have encounter-loot except for bosses who sometimes have "if searched" notes.
However, I did use a monster in a DMsGuild adventure I modified that was surrounded by Zombies. Rather than attack PCs directly, it skittered around re-animating felled zombies. So, hide/heal was easier than dragging a new one to the tracker and map in that singular encounter. (Obviously a massive niche case.)
I've also (one 1 or 2 occasions) allowed select NPCs & Bosses to get death saves. Especially if they had allies who could heal them. For example, "defend the noble from the bandits, if he goes down you have death saves to salvage the scenario." Or in select cases where PCs try to take a prisoner and subdue damage - this way I leave the prone/unconscious token on the map.
Still, these are real exceptions to standard experience.

What does the level screen show? That's where the issue normally comes in for me

I've had similar issues with HP not being calculated properly and ended up just strong arming the extension by inflating level 1 HP. It should also be noted that the Barbarian in my example also has the Tough Feat.

Click the little magnifying glass next to the class. I've circled it in my screenshot. CA2.png

Could be a conflict with another extension that I'm not aware of. I just double-checked in a new campaign with only CA loaded with the Barbarian 7/ Fighter 1 example above and the HP was calculated to be 84 as expected. If any of the per-level hit points rolled in the Class & Level window, does it update correctly?

Just released version 2.3.0 which fixes a couple of bugs and provides the following improvements:
The MAXHP effect can now use dice, which are rolled when the effect is applied.
The option to show extra health fields for NPCs now only affects the hit dice and death saving throw fields.
Right-clicking on the NPC sheet for any creature on the CT (and Cohorts tab if using Friend Zone) will allow choosing whether the extra health fields are shown or hidden for that NPC, regardless of the general option.
NPCs without extra health fields will not automatically make death saving throws.
Added HD and HDMULT effects which are used to adjust Hit Dice rolls. My Forge creations: https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/crafter/9/view-profile
