So while I work out how best to address this (hopefully get some time this weekend), could someone explain the desire to have fully, wholly, irrevocably dead creatures remain on the CT? To my mind that just seems like needless clutter, so I'm clearly missing something obvious given the unified response.

If there's something to loot, it's just a reminder where the guys are on the map. That's my guess. Removing them from the tracker is usually the way to go though.

For my group, the dead remind them to loot the bodies. I use a npc loot ext that needs the dead on the CT to work. Sometimes I forget to clear them until I come back around. I have found if I remove them during the current turn it can cause the current player marker to jump around (this might be more due to my exts. I have a lot they work on the CT). Just a few for me.

Hello... I've been searching the forum, but unsure if I missed this. I'm building a weapon that does these things:

On a Crit, Target does a DC Con Save of 15 or else they receive 2d6 Necrotic Damage (steal to heal the Attacker)
Each Attack, the Target must make a DC CON save of 13 or else loose 1 point of DEX

Is there a way to program this into the weapon using this extension?

While Constitutional Amendments can automate the lifesteal damage, it cannot provide direct automation for the other aspects here. The Advanced Effects allows placing effects directly on to the weapon, which will be applied when equipped by a character. The Better Combat Effects extension does allow for the creation of effects that will apply secondary effects when damage is dealt, though I'm not sure if it can filter by critical hits.

Just released version 2.2.0 which adds native support for the MAXHP effect, fixes the bug with not being able to disable CON effect, and adds the ability to configure any ability, class feature, ancestral trait, or feat to grant hitpoints (as the Tough feat, for example) via right-clicking on the name in the ability's window.

Bit late, but FWIW, I leave dead NPCs on the CT and battlemap to represent difficult terrain. It also reminds them of things to loot. I have a very tiny ext called clear dead that I use right after the encounter to wipe the CT of those entries.
