FGU Authorization Failed: the host is running a unauthorized copy,or ....

One of my player have a problem with the login: Authorization Failed: the host is running a unauthorized copy,or autorization server is down

On my side I have the Ultimate version of FGu bought with the kicktarter.
The version is the 4.0 2020-05-20
I use the cloud.
Public
With a password
I Run window 10
My other player who have de demo version can login without problem.
When the problem player try to login....I see it connect and then disconnect a second later.

samething but he run window 7
I have the log a my player but I don't know how he did it, there seem to be to much information (ip adresse ,etc.) on it....so I won't post it in public for safety.....but I can post it in a private message to somebody from smitework

It is the version the windows that is a problem...you need version you need the minimum I think is 10.....that was the reply I got.....my player had only 7 as a version
