Text entry bug

Operating System / Language Setting: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce: In the text of a Story (though I've seen this in multiple places), assume you have already entered some text as a sentence. Click somewhere in the middle of the sentence as if you wished to replace the previous character. Hit backspace and the new character (say, backspace and then space) very quickly together. This results in the previous two characters to be erased and then the new character inserted. Separate the two keypresses by a brief pause, then it reacts correctly.

I also connected with a client machine, and see this behaviour in both instances. The client is a MacOS machine.

Just to resurrect this thread a little. Tried on a recently updated (2020-07-16) version, and this issue seems to be fixed (or at least a lot harder to reproduce). Thanks!
