How to copy data from one campaign into another?

I'm running a campaign right now where I've build out NPCs, items, some tables, and even a class. I would like to import them into a new campaign. Is there a way to do so, even if its only partial data?

Or is my best bet to duplicate the campaign then delete the data I don't want?

I'm using FGU, fully up-to-date.

Export everything you want to its own module(s) that you can load into any campaign. You can either use the /export command or bring up the Library window and click the Export button.
