purchased map pack not showing up

i recently purchased the Black Scrolls Medieval Fantasy Castle (Map Tile Pack) and it does not show up in the module loader, can anyone tell me what is happening?
i have the ultimate licence for classic and unity it does not show up for either.

Did you update after purchasing?
Did you purchased from Steam? If so have you re-synced your account to make sure it's good?

That map pack is only for FGU. Unfortunately the store doesn't have the ability to check which license you have. Send an email to [email protected] to request a refund.

i bought classic with one time payment, unity with early kickstarter. i have re-signed in on both applications and updated several times.

You can use it on Unity only. The graphics are available under assets, not in the module activation screen.
