2. Party Sheet - Inventory tab - Parcel Items
I do not think this a me issue as I do not have any code in Party Sheet. Dakadin??
-----------------------------------
Half Soft Cover for Missile should be -40 - It appears combat does not identify the correct cover bonus based on the attack type; Melee, Missile, Directed Spell, etc.
These are RMC buttons, and your correct RMC does not detect a melee from a missile attack, my recommendation is not to use these buttons but use your own modifiers.
---------------------------------------
I can fix point 1 however will have it in the new version.Last edited by Ardem; June 22nd, 2021 at 11:07.

That part of the party sheet is being inherited from CoreRPG. I've encountered that issue also Griffonbait. When I have time I will see if I can just add the ID button/icon to the party sheet so it will be obvious and easy for the GM to change. I just need to see what it would involve since I haven't look at that part of CoreRPG yet.

Thank you again Ardem and Dakadin for all your efforts on keep RMC and FRP working and the updating.
Ardem, I am working on the Master Character List for FRP - it shouldn't be too much longer, maybe a week or so.
Cheers.
BTW: The skills magnifying glass for details is back - not sure what the problem was.
P.S. I am working on a Languages extension for RM, all versions. I have hit/found approximately 205 languages with over 65 more books to search for languages (RM1, RM2, RMSS, RMFRP - companions and adventures not touched yet, nor RMC, RMU). I have 150 odd fonts in TTF/OTF format so I will be doubling up some fonts for the languages. If you would like a list to double check before I go to programming, let me know. I do know it is overkill, but it is covering RM and Shadow World (all 4 atlases + expansion books). Not sure if I should include the histo-fantasy books, e.g. At Rapier's Point, Mythic Greece, etc. Any suggestion?Last edited by Griffonbait; June 23rd, 2021 at 15:08.

While doing the FRP NPCs I noticed an issue with the link between entering the AT and the Critical Protections that are automatically entered.
I assume this is an issue for Dakadin as the current NPC lists for professions is based on the RMC character table.
AT 5 covers only Torso - this is correctly implemented.
ATs 6 and 7 cover only the Torso and Arms, not the Legs, however, the current implementation is Torso and Legs, but not arms - this needs fixing.
-------------------------------
I was also interested to see that for RMC Monsters and Animals Statistics Charts are identical to FRP versions (and the RM2 versions). But, comparing FRP's Master Character Table T-5.8 verses RMC's 10-18 Non-Player Character Table (which is the same as RM2's Non-Player Character Table 15.5.3), NPCs are deadlier to PCs in FRP compared to the the Monsters and Animals - which are deadlier to PCs in RM2 and RMC.
If we look at the Rolemaster Heroes and Rogues (RMH&R) book for RM2, the NPC's presented were closer matched to FRP, e.g. a Level 5 Fighter had 105 Hits vs FRP's 109 Hits and RMC's 65 Hits (same as RM2's). I wouldn't like to face the NPCs from RMH&R! I do understand that the stats have a lot to do with it, as the RMH&R book implements stat bonuses, while FRP, RMC and RM2 treat NPC as base 50 stats across the board.
Cheers.

Awesome.
Hey Ardem, I have completed the FRP_NPCs.mod - I have only entered the ones on the FRP Master Character Table T-5.8 - No Monk, Warrior Monk or Generic Hybrid/Pure Spell Users like in the RMC NPC listing.
See attached file... Umm... How do I get it to you to add it to your file list? - Send it via Discord? Nope, wait - I found it in the Advanced Editor.
See the attached file for the completed RMFRP NPC list. Anyone can download it and use it.
To make it easier for GMs I have got the FRP NPCs appearing first in the list. I have also included the Base Spell Lists for spell users. Which reminds me - you still have problems with the Base Lists for Dabbler and Paladin.
All the Dabbler Lists are in there, but only 3 are appearing when "Dabbler Base" is selected in the Classification field - the same is occurring for the Paladin Base list "Communion".
... And one of the Monk lists is also having the same problem.Last edited by Griffonbait; June 25th, 2021 at 14:44.

RMC shows AT 6 and AT 7 covering most of the legs so I just added the arm protection to those two ATs.

Actually Dakadin...
You are correct based on ICE 6501 RMC Character Law, 08-14 Armor Price Chart (101-199), p.109.
104 Leather Coat 6 6sp 6 days 15-20 lbs 5 80+ Protects most of legs.
105 Rein. Leather Coat 7 9sp 2 weeks 17-25 lbs 15 85+ Protects most of legs.
BUT
For the best clarification, you should rely on the specialised book: ICE#6502 RMC Arms Law, p.12
Leather Coat (AT 6): A leather coat covering the arms and to mid-thigh.
Reinforced Leather Coat (AT 7): A leather coast covering the arms and to midthigh, but with either rigid-leather sections or metal sections sewn in for reinforcement.
To argue the case:
- I would not recognise "mid-thigh" as being "most of the leg."
- Based on how RM has developed since the 1980s, I believe the intention with armor is to stay consistent through the RM versions. RMC seems to be an outlier/accidental description rather than an intended one. To get protection for arms and legs, a PC must be wearing greaves - as we see below.
- Based on a literal reading of the RMCChL book Notes section of the Armor Price Chart, as above, AT 6 & 7 do not cover the chest or arms, but only "most of legs"
- The ATs that do protect arms and legs actually say so: ATs: 8, 10, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20* (*note: AT 20 also gives head, neck and face protection, given that it includes a helm).
- The NOTE at the bottom of the Armor Price Chart says: ATs 10, 14, and 18 are achieved by using the appropriate base armor (9, 13, and 17, respectively) with greaves.
Reconsider?
Cheers.

Actually it is in my old RM Character Law/Campaign Law, RMSS and RMFRP. Rolemaster has a tendency to not be consistent with things so it makes it really tough when automating things. In this cause it depends on where you look for the information. I do agree with you that I should remove the leg protection based on the Arms Law description though so I will make the changes to the ruleset and modules.
