Default Tokens to Pogs?

I'm pretty sure I've done this before, but damned if I can find how to do it now.

How do I change the default tokens on the NPC tab to the pogs?
(I'd like the circular ones, not the monster shaped ones. Yep, I know they're the same but for a border, but the bordered ones are easier to make yourself :-)

You would have to edit the NPC. The way I normally do it is to unlock the Encounter and then drag the token to the token for the encounter (left image, not the instance token underneath). But that doesn't replace it for new/other encounters, just that one. But, copying the NPC and editing it also wouldn't replace them for existing encounters, so no one-click way.
